Welcome to my booking page! I am a dedicated social worker offering psychotherapy services with a focus on guiding individuals through the healing process from relational trauma and grief. With specialized training in grief education and a culturally responsive approach, I provide a safe and compassionate space for clients to untangle and heal from deep-seated wounds. Drawing from my personal survivor experience, each session is tailored to address your unique needs, ensuring a supportive and inclusive therapeutic experience.

Camille Stephenson Lloyd, MSW, RSW, MEd/SJE/Ph.D(c) Camille Lloyd is a culturally responsive, trauma-informed therapist and dedicated researcher with over 18 years of experience in Education. She demonstrates a profound commitment to empowering marginalized communities. Trained by Ncazelo Ncube, co-developer of the Tree of Life narrative therapy methodology, Camille integrates various therapeutic approaches into her private practice, Peppermint Wellness Therapy and EDI Consulting. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (trauma-informed), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Camille offers a holistic approach to healing. Furthermore, as a grief and bereavement therapist trained by world-renowned expert David Kessler, Camille is constantly enhancing her therapeutic toolkit. Currently pursuing certification in EMDR, she is dedicated to continually expanding her expertise to better serve her clients, a testament to her unwavering commitment to professional growth and development. Camille holds a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Toronto and a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Windsor. In the fall of 2024, she will embark on a Social Justice doctoral program at the University of Toronto, where her research is dedicated to trauma-informed interventions. Her focus is particularly on the efficacy of the Tree of Life program in alleviating Racial Battle Fatigue symptoms experienced by Black women in higher Education, a topic of significant importance and relevance in the field of mental health. At Peppermint Wellness Therapy, Camille’s goal is to create a sanctuary for trauma survivors, providing relief from overwhelming trauma and grief while guiding them on their unique healing journeys. Her approach is deeply holistic and personalized, acknowledging and honouring each client’s individual experiences.
